Within Phnom Penh:

Free delivery on order $10+ USD.

$1 USD delivery fee for order below $10 USD.
To 25 Cities/ Provinces:

Free delivery on order above $20+ USD.

Standard $2 USD for order below $20 in provincial town areas.

Remote locations are subjected to additional charges.
Exchange Policies

Simpl’Self offers free exchange of all items within 3 days of purchase attached with store receipt. All items can be exchanged for new styles of equivalent values. Cash will not be refunded.

All exchange can be done only once per receipt.

The exchange can be done in store or via delivery. Customers will be responsible for the delivery fees incurred both ways.

In case of mishandling of shipments by the store, the store will take full responsibility of all fees incurred by the exchange.
